I would say the height range is correct, but the hubby put one on (6 ft 220lb), the jacket was marginal with just a t-shirt, the pants were 1 size too small (he's 37-38" waist). So I'd guess the weight could go to 175 lbs no problem as long as you're 5'8"-5'10". If you fall in the above ranges it will fit over pants & jacket no problem.
