All shipments sent via DHL (Not Ems speed post) will be invoiced by commercially by (parent company for themonstersale) to the buyer. While preparing invoice, may not mention any brand name (of the product sold to buyer) or exact value of the shipments (paid by the buyer for the purchase). This is simply because brand names and exact value of shipments may create more problem to the buyer (Than the seller) for custom clearances in his country. If a buyer has request to put particular value for the shipment to avoid custom charges in his country can let us know in advance. We shall mention the same value in the invoice. Also DHL express may take 4-6 working days ideally to deliver the shipment once its shipped from here. This may be due to the fact that some may have been in store with us for more than a year untouched.
